B2B Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re building out our B2B focused social media team, and we are looking for you. We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist (B2B) 🛠 that will help nurture and scale the Buffalo Soldiers team globally through our partners’ social media channels, and keep a pulse on trending conversations and community insights.
In this role, you will help develop and implement social-led programs, cross-functional campaigns, and day-to-day content crafted to increase awareness. You will work closely with internal teams from Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing et al and report to the Team Lead, Social Media & Paid Marketing

You Will
- Recommend, define, and implement a social media strategy. Be the “voice” for various B2B partners / customers across all social media channels.
- Proactively manage content pipeline and creation and take ownership for quality and precision
- Identify and manage social partnerships and collaborations.
- Own editorial calendar intake process and work with key partners on timing and messaging that fits within established narrative and channel guardrails
- Find opportunities to proactively engage with our community and build relationships
- Become the resident expert of our social toolset, using it to do everything from staging and publishing content to listening and pulling metrics
- Work with the Team Lead, Social Media & Paid Marketing to build an internal reporting system that reports on high-level objectives and results, as well as key campaigns
- Partner across team and leadership, to elevate success stories
- Collect analytics to track and report performance for all social media/marketing channels
- Develop and maintain materials and presentations for the team as needed.
We Are Looking For You, Only If You Are
- Driven, self-starter with a passion for high-quality work and next-generation technology
- Experience in digital marketing and communications, with an emphasis on social media channels
- Creative thinker who is able to create compelling digital content; graphic design skills are preferred
- Experience working in a time-sensitive environment, flexible schedule is required (late nights/early mornings)
- English proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Passionate for the brand, ensuring brand integrity at all times
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship management and social marketing conversation skills
