Event & Vendor Management Specialist
Buffalo Soldiers has 4 immediate openings for Event & Vendor Management Specialists in our EXPERIENCES team. The positions are open in our headquarters in Noida & also in Mumbai.
You Are

You Will
- Ensure end-to-end logistics co-ordination globally
- Support management of experiences for our client partners from inception to execution: including sourcing, contract negotiation, planning, and onsite experience
- Work within existing budgets, for spend and help reconcile invoices post-event
- Manage vendor negotiations and relations
- Work with marketing team to produce collateral for the event
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support copy editing and proofreading of the website, signage and printed collateral
- Additional tasks as required
- Manage fulfilment from contract signing, pre-event planning, and onsite/virtual execution for multiple events
- Ability to maintain detailed tracker for execution of deliverables across multiple events at once
- Provide top level customer service to client partners
- Collection and management of sponsor assets
Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and/or evenings as required.
