Graphic Designer

Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, footballers, storytellers, cooks, artists and strategists.
You are someone who has an exceptional design sensibility and a passion for branding and visual storytelling, with skills spanning across conceptualizing and executing, visual story structure, information architecture, graphic design, video, audio, typography, motion graphics, UX, social media and photography.
You practice Design Thinking as an approach to work. You have a great sense of typography, illustration and visual composition.
Your thrust and thrive is on making magic happen when packaging content. You are someone that can make the mundane, exciting, the flat, beautiful, the long and windy, short and succinct and who can bring big and inspiring ideas to the table and know how to execute on them.
Your Role
- Design and manage client brand assets (logos, style guides, illustrations, social media graphics, email templates, online ads, outdoor ads, and additional brand collateral)
- Produce print and online style guides to document brand standards (messaging, language, colours, fonts, illustration, iconography)
- Create digital design assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, banner ad packages, deck templates, elements for animations and videos, virtual event collateral
- Create print design assets, including but not limited to invites, printed collateral, event signage, merchandise design
- Produce clean files that are digital, and print production ready.
- Assist in creating new company marketing materials, including case studies, social media assets, pitch decks
- Keep current with cultural and industry trends
- Be an active participant in project brainstorms
- Identify innovative opportunities for our agency and work closely with members of senior management to make them happen

Do You Have These Essentials?
- Excellency in creative thinking and understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in Adobe CC + CC Libraries; PS, AI, ID, AE and Keynote
- Proficiency in Basecamp, Google Drive and understanding how they integrate with creative workflows
- Efficiently and accurately deal with large number of deliverables on a daily basis
- Possesses the ability to move between widely varying projects, both stylistically and technically, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail (font sizes, element alignment, spelling, color variations, you name it)
- Ability to contribute to organized work flows including organized files with consistent file names for working in teams/handing off working files
- Unimpeded by challenges, and able provide many solutions
- The ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds
- Experience in illustration motion, high-level animation, 3D rendering, video editing and photography are a big plus
It Would Be Great If You Had
- Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma proficiency
